The Story
In January 2008, Willow Creek embarked on a study of The Story. Published by Zondervan, The Story is an abridged version of the Bible, arranged chronologically, to tell the overall story of God’s great love for humanity in a clear and compelling way.
Each week, the text is discussed in the context of the “upper story”—how it fits in with the big picture of God’s plan to redeem his people—and the “lower story” of more immediate, practical lessons for our lives today.
